Our farms excel in environmental performance due to their small-scale, low production densities and above average environmental monitoring protocols. The barramundi undergo high quality processing in a BRC certified factory and the cold chain is secured from farm to processing.

With a mild taste and a delicate texture, barramundi produce high levels of the beneficial omega-3 fatty acids even though they are fed a largely vegetarian diet. Regular inspections of the farm and processor by an independent auditing body ensures compliance to the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) standard and verifies the traceability and product integrity along the supply chain.
